-Set a timer while you brush: It’s important to brush for two minutes each time. If you brush less or more than two minutes, it can harm your teeth and gums. So, set a timer while you brush or play your favorite two-minute song.

-Use flossing products that are easy to maneuver: Flossing can damage your gums if you’re rough or forceful with the floss. So, use products that are easy to use to reduce your chances of gum damage. Some products include waxed floss, a floss threader, a flossing pick and more.

-Rinse your mouth: Many people don’t include rinsing in their oral hygiene routine. It’s best to include it because it can complete the cleaning job and even strengthen the teeth. So, rinse your mouth daily with antibacterial or fluoride mouthwash.
